Couldn't agree more regarding feedback. The sooner these guys wise up to the fact that these kind of business practices do not stay 'under wraps' the sooner perhaps they will be more inclined not to bend over the next customer.

100% - and amazing how they might take 2 sales jockeys and dig through filing cabinets for 20 minutes to try and NOT lose $600 on the sale.

That's what irks me the most here- the fact that the fobs very well may be in some unorganized drawer and they're just too lazy to spend the 20-30 minutes to find/ship them.

OP - thanks for the heads-up, I'm currently browsing 996 Turbos in the South County area so this is one I'll surely avoid.
