I am a bit confused. How did you get past 1.2 bar without changing the springs on the waste gate accuator pods.

A K16 will not hold 1.3 bar through red line and if it is forced to you will pop it. The HP gain will be reverse since the unit is going backwards from heat saturation. You loose efficiency. There is a point where over spinning creates more air, but will also increase temperatures significantly because the design was not there to move that much CFM. The net result will not be the same. Smaller wheels spinning harder is not the answer. The key is to equal like boost with more air. My recommendation is to change over to K24s and have at it. Then again K24s will not like 1.3 bar either. They too will drop off the longer you stay in the RPM.

Can't read the CFM's but sure looks like 1-1.1 bar is all you want on the K24's

Re: Now getting 1.3 Bar

You see boost pressure AFTER the wategate and throttle body closed. None of this helps you or generates real boost.

You have to read boost while flat on the gas not after you lift.

Upsolute will give you values as high as 1.5 on the display.
