dang Chris, glad to see you come out the other side of that nasty affair.

Rob, took Ryan for a ride today...when he got in he said "the car is too quite" but once I went WOT and the external wastegates opened up he sang a different tune.

Thanks Sean. And thank god for morphine.

Open wastegates do have a NASTY scream unlike any exhaust or straight pipe as they exit before the turbo. I had a 96 Miata that I turbocharged with the WG pipe open. It scared the crap out of people. I miss that little 1.8L rocket...274rwhp and 2200 lbs.

Can't wait to see/feel/hear your car Sean. I recall you saying your GT28s having instant torque, like a V8. I know the top end now pulls like a train, but has it lost much low end grunt? Is it still street fun and peppy?

No, way more lag...before, instant and full power at 3.8 K but nothing more and even a fall off after 5.5K Now very little before 4.5K then all hell breaks loose until past 7K.

If you could brake boost it might help in your application Sean. You do need a louder exhaust. It sounds weak It will help with your lag too!!!
