clutch dumping

why would you?
With drag radials, the axles are the next weakest link.
But that is from super harsh, clutch dumping drag race starts.
I have pulverized my sachs organic clutch and it still (surprisingly) holds.

when dumping the clutch, does it only affect the clutch ( wear & tear) or it has an impact on the gearbox or any other parts ?

It punishes the whole driveline. Not a good idea unless you are trying to see what breaks first

thanks guys clutch dumping was an old trick to get rpms up and ofcource smoke the tires infront mels... in the 60s... thats why i asked no alwheel drive in the dark ages . so the tires spun before the axels broke

These are such nice machines....unless you have money to burn, I'd be careful. Evo has axles you'll likely want to buy soon, fyi.
Me, I like my car bills to be as low as possible....so I've never dropped my clutch.

Engage the clutch normally and then accelerate fully. You can hammer it all day if you like, but you will pay the piper when you burn up the clutch. Porsche was built as a high speed autobahn car or as a race car, but not as a dragster. A Corvette is better suited to that role.
