I don't think it's a bad looking car. In my opinion it looks much better than a plain-jane factory Porsche. I compare the factory Porsches to a Honda... as in, they don't have any style, and look like something a dentist (50 years old) would buy, and think he's the "cool guy in town".
Why are Mbz SLR's, Mclarren's, Lambo's, Gullwing Mbz, etc... a *****en' car to most guys? Because that's the way the factory built it??? And that's the way the factory thought it should be??? So it's a cool car now!
Who says the factory is correct?? Porsche DOES make some gaudy looking factory cars. Most guys think those cars are cool though... why? Because the factory did it?
I think that if someone is an independent thinker, they get put down by a large majority of the population- the majority who are afraid to step out-side the box. The majority of people, who just take what they are given to them and are happy.
I believe (and I BET I am CORRECT) that if the Porsche factory offered this yellow car as a special edition of 100 cars built per year, at $200,000 the haters of this car would now love it.
The funny thing to me is, that the former owner of this yellow car would never own a factory looking Porsche. I'm sure he thinks a factory Porsche has absolutely ZERO style. I also bet that this guy has an exotic tastes for item in his life... and probably has a wife or girlfriend that every guys here would drool over, a house that they would LOVE to own, and a life-style that people would kill to have. And I think some of the yellow-car-haters know this guy HAS that life... and don't like it. Someone is doing better than them.
Pick the guy apart... because he CAN do things that they CAN'T do. Or maybe they don't have the b*lls to try.

Hey Ramone, the Arabs are not our friends, or haven't you opened your eyes lately. The price of gas has fallen and they cut production while things are going bad for us. Plus none of them stand up to condemn the likes of Osama. After we pulled Kuwait out of the fire, they have done nothing for us. Iraq has not given anything back either. None of the Arab countries have ever done anything for the US that we didn't pay for. Go back to Dubai PC boy. I'll have a joke at the Arab's expense whenever I feel like it, and I could care less what you think.

What he did wasn't all that challenging. It was his choices. He put on gull wing doors, a wing, and re-upholstered the interior. Many of us have done mods that certainly cost more than that. Ours just don't look like ***
