Jst Finished Watching A Movie With My Gf Last Night In Pacific Theater In Burbank Ca San Fernando Blvd....and Came Out And Saw My Car Just Got Egged !!!! F**ck Haters !!!!

 

have you gotten the car washed and detailed yet? I was silly stringed and it sat on the car for no more than an hour and by then the damage to the clear coat was there. I took it to a detailer the next morning and it all came out fortunately.

 

Hope the egg didn't eat the paint. I usually be a little more careful at where I park during the Holloween time (people carry eggs somehow).

 

Jealous ****s! Who brings eggs to a movie theater anyways??? The mentality of someone (and obviously there friends cause retards never act alone) who sits at home and then get the bright idea..."Hey lets grab some eggs and go cruise around and chuck em at nice cars" will never cease to amaze me.

I know how you feel. My 996 got egged about a year ago at my girlfriend's house and about a month later someone broke into the driver's side quarter window as it was parked on Ventura bl. Hopefully you got it washed off before it damaged the paint. Don't spend the energy to let it bother you, just keep going!

 

Happened to my NSX in Santa Monica years ago. It's a crappy thing to have done to you...walk out and "what the hell?!". Sorry man.

I refuse to take my cars (997tt and 08 M3) to the movies, supermarket or shopping mall .

I bought an 07 Civic Si just for those purposes .

 

It's so sad to hear that people actually do things like this. I'd love to catch someone doing that though. See the look on the kids faces when I tell them they are paying for any damage.

 

Unfortunately sometimes the damage has already been done. The shell from the egg will actually crack the paint, upon impact. Good luck to you, hopefully this isn't the case.

Sorry that happened to you and I know first hand how frustrating it can be. Something about movie theater parking lots maybe... I had a car egged in a theater parking lot and it damaged the paint..looked like stress cracks. A friend had his freshly detailed car wiped down with a chicken wing (they left the wing on the hood) at the theater.. He was livid. Haters are a fact of life.

 

+1 Exactly what happened to mine...It was the impact that damaged it cause egg was everywhere but the damage was only at the spot of impact

 

Sorry to hear this Will. My poor Nissan Altima was egged two weeks ago in Burbank too. Something with Burbank people, those bastards.
