Soon2Be -- I think there should be plenty of lighting -- there are 36 can (recessed) lights in the ceiling.
Rockitman -- Lift is ordered, should be here next week. (Rotary)
John -- theres a floor drain under each parking area so nothing should get trapped under the tiles.
Trojanman -- Drop an email to BSammons@MacNeillGroup.com -- prehaps he can still give you the group buy price?
Cole -- ceiling fans don't work well at all!! Well thats cause theres no power coming into the building yet!
Seriously though, they are industrial metal fans, so should push some area around.
KPV -- Will do an equipment breakdown once it's all done.

(I can tell you don't live in an earthquake zone, everything in my garage is bolted to walls so it won't hurt the cars when the ground moves!)
