Can you describe the difference in performance between the 3 stages you have tried. I don't mean times, I mean the feel of each setup. What was the "seat of your pants" experience?

Nice time, bro!

I would be VERY CAREFUL running 1.45 bar on pump gas, though. I only run 1.0 bar on pump gas, and I believe others here with this setup do about the same. If you don't have fuel injectors, it's VERY dangerous running boost that high, and even if you do have injectors, I'd be careful. There was 2 members here who have blown their engine running high boost with pump gas, so PLEASE be careful.

Congrats on the new kit. The 18g's are a great setup!!

I try the best I can to describe the "seat of my pants" experience. It's more or less like accelerating G force.

For stock K 16 or K16/24, they are almost the same when you first push it. K16 run out of feeling very soon. K16/24 last a bit longer, it's good for 2nd, 3rd & 4th gears of tip but slow down at 5th.

K24/18gs are a totally different story. It's brutal all the way. I saw PSM flashed at 3rd gear from time to time if I forgot to turn it off. Frankly, you don't need full gas when you cruise at highway. You can take over 99.99% of the cars if you want to. The K24/18g tip one is a very friendly daily drive car but can also become a beast anytime anywhere you want it to be.

Negative side? It can become an addiction, the seeking of power is never stop.

Did I mention the torque converter? The factory one was gone due to K16/24. It's a must for a tip if you want to push harder from K24/18gs.

I did upgrade full fuel system + 60lb as Todd suggested. I monitor and download all the following Excel data by Durametric everytime up to 300Km. It's fine till now but I will be very careful about it. Thanks for your kindly advice^^.

Chenshan,

what excactly do you check with these values? I do not think there are info that will help you to figure out how pump gas works with 1,4bar...
knock detection/correction/adaption would be more helpful?!!

edit:
do you run with an external BC?

I don't really understand what's your meaning but I try my best to answer.

I did monitoring all the info I can like knock detection/correction/adaption by PIWIS in the first beginning. I try to increase the boost value little by little to see how it works. All I can say is so far so good. I don't recommend others doing the same thing like I do. I know it is dangerous but I am willing to take my own chance. I bought a set of forged connecting rods long time ago.

I run my boost with Greddy Prof B if this is the "external BC" you refer to.

Chenshan
