Please Help: another PSM/ABS failure thread... (yes, I used search already)

One of my friends had the same problem, after the harness it was done. Let me know what happens, I might learn something new.

did your 3 brake lights not all come on when you tapped on the brake pedal?

Update:
Replaced the harness today and so far so good. But the end link that popped out and was put back in has already popped back out again. A new possible theory is that has something to do with it. The timing of the ABS/PSM warnings and this sure are coincidental. I am getting new end links installed soon. Hopefully next week. Will update what transpires...

I know they came on when I wasn't getting the error. It would usually go away if I turned off and turned back on the car after it warmed up.
I brought my car to the dealer and they had it diagnosed in half a day.

Let us know if that solves the problem.

I had the same issues recently, it turned out to be bad MAF due to BMC air filter. They replaced it with a new MAF and the problem was solved. My car was running just fine too with the bad MAF.
#23
What error code(s) did it throw when it was scanned?

I had similar damage to my RF ABS wiring harness. It runs very close to the plastic battery vent hose. For whatever reason, acid from my OEM Porsche battery burned a hole through the vent hose, and proceeded to melt the ABS wiring harness. The "warranty repair" by Gaudin Porsche (Las Vegas, NV) consisted of wrapping the wiring harness with electrical tape. After that, I drove from Las Vegas to Newport Beach, CA for all my dealer service.

No, didn't take half a day for just the brake switch. They also diagnosed a leak cause by the clutch slave cylinder failure and had to drool over how hot my car is =)

I have driven 200+ miles since the new harness was installed yesterday and so far so good..

And of course it won't snow since I've bought a Copper 4Pass.
