Creaking dash/windshield driving me NUTS. Help!

my '01 996tt with 25K miles has this insane creaking (chirping) either where the dash meets the windshield, or around the windshield itself. I can't really tell. It doesn't do it all the time but when it does it it is as if the entire front area is making the noise. I know it sounds nuts but it's almost like the windshield is loose in it frame.

Also, this 'may' have started after I jacked the car up and put it on stands once. Not sure why because I do this all the time and nothings ever gone wrong while doing it.

Anyone else every had this issue? Any advise?

It really taking away from the enjoyment of this car.

I had the same problem, some 993tt guys turned me on to "Pedros Ice Wax", you can find it at bike shops or REI, remove the windshield wiper and the cover, spray the ice wax liberally under the windshield, wipe up any excess that may drip.

I did this about a year ago, no problem since.
