Preferring the M3 or the Merc is consistent with owning a Cobra. Handling is not the prime consideration in any of those cars. But on a Porsche board, you are gonna find folks that believe the fun is to be found in the curves, and not just in a straight line.

The SLK55 would be my choise. Can't argue with an AMG V8 in this relatively light car. I saw the F1 saftey car and it blew me away with the killer looks and that V-8 sound.

I guess it's relative, but doesn't the SLK weigh over 3500 lbs?
