thanks. For some reason, I like it in Red more than any other color. Seems to set off the angles and scoops better. Looks really nice.

VIR is a good track. was it wet that day? that 996tt has won it something like 5 years in a row. This last year the Viper srt10ACR was right on his heels. Next year should be very interesting(oh wait, this year)

Yeah, VIR is one of my favorites- It wasn't wet though- Derek got just a touch loose coming up through the esses and once it was in the grass the tire wall came up pretty quickly. It looked pretty ugly at first but after i fabricated a makeshift lexan windshield and performed some pretty passable fiberglass work in the front, we were back in it. Met a windshield guy in Kentucky at 2am to install a new glass windshield and made it to Putnam Park in Indiana where we posted the fastest time of the day. Don't think anyone expected us to make it back.

Any way you slice it, Devia is a fantastic driver and super consistant and his 996TT was well prepared, very fast. Points wise even without the off-course he would have beaten us by a narrow margin for the over all.

I would not be surprised to see a new ZR1 running it this year, and I will bet that there will be a Cobb tuned GTR there as well. Competition will be very stiff this year. That poor old 2001 996tt is going to have it's hands full

I know Derek is planning to run his GT-R. They've been doing some testing. Think they may use Motec though. Should be very fast. Daytona 24Hour course and Sebring are on the schedual this year too +++!

Noble57 is infamous around these parts
I owned 3 911s and a Noble with 460 HP.

No contest and much more fun and easier to drive fast. The Rossion has an upgraded suspension so it might even handle better.
