New Garage Update (Pics) + New GT3RS Wing (Pics)

Lift is in and somewhat operational-- can lift it unloaded on 110v -- still waiting for 220v to be hooked up (I got the 220v motor). I have someone custom-welding some stops on the extended length ramps I got so they stay extended up when the lift goes up -- otherwise they drop too low for a car to drive under. FYI I also had the whole thing bolted to the floor -- although they say you dont have to, I found everything to be too wobbly when the ramps were on the ground -- no danger but I just like to peace of mind of it being bolted down.

Yes with the lift (XLT -- extended height) at the top lift level of 6'4", there's 53" from the ramp tops to the bottom of the garage door opener. My GT3 is 50.5" from floor to top of roof. Perfecto! That's at the TOP, which allows 5'11" of headroom under the ramps.

hey scott, where in va are you? a bunch of dc/md/va guys are trying to put together an occasional drive, we should head your way. Also, on the 25th there is going to be a dyno day in Sterling VA, sponsored by PCA, if you feel like going for a drive. Should be some sick p.cars there.
