HP calculators... hahaha. 
That was a bunch of gibberish. You can use your hp calculators all day but the fact is that there just aren't a number of cars trapping those speeds. PERIOD.
A car doesn't short time by itself you know, most guys that can launch can shift and therefore are usually the fastest ones. Not only that but a lot of those times are mixed with powershifting too so no, your teenager would not be able to match the ET.
And we arent talking about the norm, we are talking about the fastest guys, and Jamie wouldnt get into their cars and trap 4 mph higher than they are.
Oh yeah and learn how to use the multi-quote feature Einstein.

Alot of the C6Z06 are removing the single leaf buckboard device and adding some nicely valved coilovers. (I will admit that the Z06 does get around a track pretty well even with the plastic leafy in place)

We Z06'ers prefer to think the much improved single composite leaf spring is a result of...
The novel active rebond suspension...first seen with Charlton Heston's Chariot in "Ben Hur".

Plastic leaf springs? damn, I thought they were oak or redwood from the all the plank squeaking! Gives new meaning to 'walk the plank" (racer-ese for beating a Z06!). No need for lube, just some Thompsons all weather sealer or some lacqeur. I guess the Z06 is a "green" afterall.
