Alright guys, last run on the dyno 923 awhp 803 tq @ 28 psi and 7200 rpm.Intercoolers are holding us back right now from making more, lots more actually but no time to fab bigger ones. The car is in the trailer and off to Texas.

Wow!!! Joe those are some really impressive number! I can't wait to see what she'll put down once you guys figure out the intercooler issues, maybe a nitros spray over the intercoolers? I know some people have done that, what do you think in your car's case?

Joe,
fantastic news !!! I am so happy to hear your car will hit the texas mile.
This would also be a perfect time for DrRob99 to test his car's power vs your car's
power. The 1 mile strip does not lie...
Good luck, we will be rootin for ya!!

If I make it down there I'm going to be in the SRT8 probably. I didn't plan on running the mile, or even attending this time around. I was going to wait until October when I'll have even more mods I THINK it could break the 200mph barrier as it sits, but it would be like 200-201 and that's it. Plus I think I'll be at like 6800RPM already. At 1.5bar it doesn't matter what tune you have, thats a LOT of pressure on the motor. Horsepower = cyl pressure ... The more horsepower you have the higher amount of cyl pressure there is. At 666rwhp SAE it's a lot of extra force on the motor. A tune does not effect that one bit because like I said cyl pressure is relative to horsepower. I'd feel more comfortable at those speeds with a set of head studs. A 1/4 mile passes and dyno is a LOT less stress than a full mile pass.

Geez Chris, if you feel THAT guilty, I'll drive it for you!!!
Turn the boost down a pound or 2 and go have fun!!!

But what if it only does 199.2mph!!!!!!!!! It's either go ***** or go home. This time I'm going to pick the smart thing and stay home LOL. In October I should have head studs in the car and it will be ***** out pass at 26+psi! Then I'll be repping my 200+ mph club shirt!
