LARennsport is infamous around these parts
The operative word is "old"....I think the 930 is the best looking pcar ever made. But man when you get in them do they feel "old"....just spoiled w/the new stuff....pretty cars tho and when I open the garage that's an important fact...otherwise, I'd have a 6TT or two.

Benguss, I love your avatar! LOL
And you're right it was a ball to drive hard. I considered moving on from the CIS injection system but upgrading the fuel injection system was expen$$$$$$ive for the power it produced. If I recall the number I was quoted from a tuner was close to $10,000 for about 90 crank hp. I hope the kits have come down a lot as this number was from 03 or 04.
I'll probably have another 930 one day but it will most likely be a 89 with the 5 speed.

thanks for all the advice ppl. Man I finally decided after days of mental torture to pass on this 930tt. Coming from a SG700 and now to a gallardo, I dont know if I can truly appreciate the 930 properly. The speed is not all there and its really NOT that vintage. Basically im trying to reason my way out of another very expensive toy

Now you have me curious...what turbo upgrade did this one have? You called it a 930tt (for twin?) Just a thought, but the '94 with a 3.6 is by far a better platform, go for the "flat nose", lotta fun and look's spectacular (imo). I put 102mm jugs (3.6) on my 3.3 but it still felt short of my 1994 3.6 in everyway. How's the G?

im sorry i didnt mean tt as in twin turbo i meant just a T lol im too used to the 996tt world. The turbo upgrade was a k27, apparantly the dealer is not too fond of independent ppi's either so this deal is dead in the water. BTW the G is great but its still not a porsche
