I like orange peel because it's factory. I am super **** about keeping things factory (except wheels). Plus, why doesn't the factory color sand their cars(Porsche/Ferrari/MB/BMW)????

how much do you think that costs? I am interested in doing it to my convertible cobra.
Back on topic, sorry to hear about your misfortunes Craig...it did look like there was some wax left on there Thursday night.

No clue, drop him an email.
Sometimes it's hard to see all the left over spots right after, some take some time to come to a haze and you don't notice it till a few hours of curing. I try my best not to leave some product on spots on my customers cars, but every once in awhile I'll get a phone call that there is and I'm quick to go over and remove it and offer a free wash

Craig, sorry to hear about your lousy experience with this schmuck. Just wanted to let you know that there's a guy in Pasadena I know of who does a very good job. He's a big black dude who's an ex-bodybuilder and does some of the Lakers' cars as well as my friend Ryan's 300ZX (the maroon one, not sure if you remember him). His work is great and he's reasonably priced. If you're interested, drop me a PM and I'll give you his contact info and send you a couple pics of his work on Ryan's Z.

I heard from Mario (Magic Wax) today. Thanks to Allen at SG, Albert at CEC, and Michael at ByD for their assistance.
Mario was VERY apologetic. He acknowledged his mistakes, including most importantly not communicating with me, and took responsibility for them. He promptly came to my office and inspected the damaged piece of plastic on my car. Thereafter, he contacted the dealer, ordered a new part, and promised to replace it as soon as possible. I had already taken the sunglasses in for repair and, while they are not perfect, they are good enough. Mario has promised to detail my car twice at no cost.
I appreciate Mario stepping forward and taking responsibility for his actions. He owned up, apologized, commenced remedial action, and offered compensation in the form of two free details. Assuming he follows through, the dispute is resolved.
