Need EVOMS GT2 Clutch Conversion Instructions...Help

I just had my GT2 kit installed.
The Good: No more numb engagement point. It is about 50% stiffer than stock.

The Bad: The engagement point is almost at the bottom. Is it supposed to be like this? If so, I guess I could get used to it.

The Ugly: Dealer charged me 20 hrs of labor.

Did you change out your clutch at the same time? The engagement point shouldn't have changed with the just the slave conversion.

No, same stock clutch.

20 hours is excessive, even a clutch replacement isn't that much

Looks like i'll be gathering the parts; I found a source for the billet adapter.
