hitachi maf upgrade evo gt 700 ...help
i am considering upgrading gto the evo hitachi maf vs the stock one i have...will it make any difference in performance ect or should i just leave the stock maf and evo intelligent software alone ( i am not talking about the evo giac software from earlier models...appreciate comments or responses..thanks

Yes,the Hitachi Maf is an improvement over the stock one.It is capable of handling over 1000hp and more accurately measures airflow.A worthwhile upgrade especially when combined with the Evomsit software.

Its a worthwhile upgrade for the above mentioned reasons, but you will also need to update your software. I dont know which airbox you are using but the Hitachi may require a new box if you are not already using the EVOMS V-flow.

thanks for the input guys....the car is also for sale....it is mint...full tech art body kit, brembo brakes and rotors all around, h&r coilovers, gt700 kit plus evo upgraded y pipe, throttle body, intake plenum upgrade and massive blown six design intercoolers, gfg 3 piece wheels with new tires, sachs level 3 clutch...all the best stuff!..black on black, 26,000 miles...well over $240,000 Us into it..sell in the 70's...the car showroom..no marks. scratches or swirls..never dragged or tracked..contact me for more info.....thanks
