WTF is a slang acronym expression, probably vulgar, with a cultural and idiomatic interpretation beyound the 3 words it implies.

I am sure Mr Woodtster meant you no disrespect.

You could do a, google in engish, search if you feel you need additional clarification.

I suspect that the French have similar expressions as do most other languages and cultures.
