There is just enough for the GT3 to be atop the lift with the lift at full height. I believe the top level of the lift is 6'4" and the ceiling height is 12'. I got a 4 post because I will be using it for storage. I may eventually add a 2-post for service -- I put a 220v receptable above each bay for possible future lifts.
I prefer the look of the Craftsman over the Gladiator -- also I was able to "touch and feel" them at the local Sears whereas no one local had Gladiator cabinets in stock.

I am in awe. The garage is stunning. Just stunning. I'll have to wait until the kidlins are a bit older before I can plan on enjoying such a space!

We have one of those exact fans in my son's room!
Those dont push a lot of air, though they are cool looking. I put three industrial metal fans in -- they move a good amount of air.
