I am the new owner of a 03' 996TT. The car was bone stock when I purchased it in July of 08'. I called up Dan from Vivid Racing to get his suggestions on what mods I should do first. Dan shipped me the goods the next day. I did the installation of everything you see below myself in my 2-car garage. I also recovered the door handles, arm rests, console and console sides in Ultra-Suede. I plan on building some fiberglass door pods and subwoofer enclosure very soon. I will keep every posted on the progress.


I am thinking about painting the center of the wheels a flat dark grey or color match gloss silver. What do you guys think?

Now that is a nice DYI project. Very nice ride! Like the wheels they way they are.

 

The wheels are a little scratched up, I need to have them repainted anyway. I may just have them paint one just to see how it looks before I jump and do all four.

Funny story: These pics were taken in downtown Houston today. I didnt notice it at first but a guy was sitting down next to the building in background shooting up! My girlfriend was like, "let's get the Eff out of here."

Welcome to 6! Love the ultra suede piece. My cargraphic look very similar to your works. I've re-done the center in semi glossy black with polish lips. It look nice and I've received alot of positive feedback with them. Just give you one more idea!
