Show time bro. It will be a good match up for sure. Gotta capture this on video to post it up for sure. Best of luck. Make us proud bro.
Definite for sure, he just spent $2500 on his nitrous setup, and a supercharger noise would be very evident. I've seen his car run before, it's not crazy fast, with the nitrous on it it'll be quick, but with the 18Gs I just don't think he'll have enough to fair well haha. He made a statement to me that the Porsche is a waste of gas for him, and he would run me backwards with the ebrake up.

Onetime
My wife and I are staying in Indian Wells just south of you for a couple more weeks. We're going to be in Rancho Cuchomonga on this Monday the 16. I'll have lots of time on my hands as my wife goes shopping. I've been considering the 16/16g upgrade. I wonder if you were around, and had a few minutes if I could meet up with you and perhaps get a feel for the set-up? From the passenger seat of course.
No worries at all if it won't work out.

I guess it all boils down to what you want to do with the car... I've had a number of guys comment on "lag" issues with the K24s. You make it up on the top end, but I always get the jump on the bottom end. I don't see the K16 hybrids as being a step back at all. And I've yet to find anyone with a bottle, or bike for that matter, that has outrun me...

You mean this?
Yea I'm told I'm not allowed to talk about how fast my 996TT is... But I see so few 996TTs doing that!
And on little ol'e K16/24s and P-Zeros at 40PSI to boot!

that is the sickest photo ever. that has to be on RWD mode with an extreme suspension & corner balanced almost like a GT2 but even better. Amazing job on that take off, you must have dumped the clutch at 5K rpm? damn

Art,
I thought you knew...that was the result of the SpeedTech 70mm exhaust he had just installed
And I think he has it for sale now.

That's AWD. My car does have PSS9s, and some other mods. But it was AWD and PSM was turned off... But I was running those Pirelli Street tires set at street pressures recommended for the car...
But hey K16/24s don't make any power, and the Speedtech exhaust doesn't flow well with those "crappy" 200cell cats!
Yea, RIGHT!!!!
John thanks for the bump on the exhaust for sale...
