Sorry to hear Tim....I have the same problems with bodyshops....I am still not happy with the fit of all my pieces but I let it go because honestly, it just gets me worked up and I don't have time to deal with it...

Yes I know...I am saying its an FVD car (built by FVD Germany) (You can see the decal on the side "FVD Brombacher"). We sold that front end to the 965 guy to custom fit it.... It was actually very close to start...

Arling: That's what I'm talking about!

The reason I'm taking it so lightly is I knew I was pushing the envelope. Now, no way did I think it would be anywhere near this bad, but I took a risk for convenience and it's my fault. I'll get it fixed this winter.

Evan : I see.

I like that nose a lot. Would be funny to drive around with the Evo II wing. My license plate would have to say "RICE TT"

I wonder if it can be made to fit a standard body though. I dont really want to put the gt2 fenders on.

Tim,
that's some scary pics!
Well yes, any qualified shop can fix it. But still, techarts quality isn't great. The pieces should come in a condition where they should bolt right up.

965? Are you sure? A 965 is a 964 Turbo, and the 964 style fenders aren't even close in shape to the 993 body. If it is a 965 he must've changed the front fenders to the 993 style for that bumper to be "very close to start".

965 for sure...He has made all the necessary changes to make it fit.... He did say it was a lot closer than he thought it would be to start tho!!!
