K24/18G Conversion - Where and how much?
I'm looking to get my K24s upgraded.
Any recommendations on a shop where I can send my turbos to?
Are there any specific upgrades I should consider? Will they rebuild the turbos in the process? My turbos are probably just fine and have less that 30K miles on them.
Price?
Any useful info is appreciated.

The price for the kit is give or take $6000. Check them out. This is likely the direction I am headed next as well...
The search function is a useful tool. Millions of the threads on the k24/18g subject.... well maybe not millions but you get the idea.

Blouch offers a great upgrade, can be tough to get ahold of.
We've got K24 and K24/18G turbos in stock already upgraded with actuators, shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do for a core exchange. We've had many people buy new units in our complete kit and sell their stock K24s, less downtown and many are un-aware of our current special K24 pricing which could make the upgrade a bit cheaper.

Blouch does the work for a lot, if not all of the vendors with 24/18's. Like Titan said though, you might very well be better off using them and selling yours. If they send Blouch 2 dozen pairs of 24's to get done, they just might scratch out a better price than your single pair. Add Greddy's, hardware for the new 24/18's, tuning, etc and there is a good chance the "package deal" is cheaper than the sum of the parts if bought individually.
AndI have never bought a thing from Titan.

6k is a little strong. You should be able to send your turbos in, have the modifications done including the actuators and a FPR, get the ECU reprogrammed, all for about 3500.00

The only thing is that $6000 includes the fresh set of K24s, not your cores. I'm sure they could work out a deal to trade in your old turbos. If not I know one can get $2200-2500 for a set of K24's used (I'm pretty sure).

I know where you can get the entire package to include a set of new 24/18's after the exchange for about 4500. Otherwise they will take your 24's, convert them and send them back with a reprogrammed ECU and a FPR for about 3500. Those vendors are on this board.

We can do a similar deal if not better on a rebuild turbo bassis. Keep in mind many people do not have factory X50 cars and start off with K16s rather than 24s. If I where converting I'd much rather start with brand new K24s from BW personally for a nominal difference in price. If you've already got a X50 car, then ti's a simple phone call to Blouch and your local tuner.
