I did the same thing to my old Z06 and you are absolutely right that the hard part was getting the templates just right. You should sell the templates that took you so long to make. I would buy them. Excellent job on the screens....they look OEM.

DT, How did you attatch yours? Mine "buzz" and I'm considering removing them when I install the new bumper cover! I'll probably go the "epoxy" route with the next set and then repaint the grills/screens after epoxy of the two together!

Expoxy will break. My process involves using expoxy at certain locations in very small amounts, then using silicone adhesive.
