I spoke with Joe an hour ago. The car was not near full boost AND he granny shifted it. 221mph is only the beginning. It will surely go faster. Joe's biggest problem is that, at that speed, the track does not have enough room for him to stop saftely.
Conratulations to Joe and EVOMS for a tremendous accomplishment. It *appears* that this *may* be the fastest 996TT ever created. Bravo!!!

For the newbs, to put it in context, that "shake down run" would have taken 4th fastest car at last year's mile.
