trying to get best intercooler set for my car, everything i have is from Evoms but i want to get some opinions, any help,,,,

 

I believe EVOMs has one of the better ICs.

 

the best intercoolers available are the rs tuning units. these use secan cores. unless you are racing they are overkill.

 

arent they also like 1o K or something like that ? you can buy your own cores and have someone fabricate end tanks and make your own . or just get the evo ms units.

 

For the money, the EVOMS IC's are the way to go IMHO.

What are your other mods and what power approx are you making?

The EVOMS or AWE units are good unless you reach monster power levels and run for long periods.

 

Just want to let you guys know I spent last Saturday at the track (Spring Mountain in Pahrump Nv.) with Jasen (Vegas Bail). He had his TT out there and I was putting around in my M Coupe. He's pretty new to this mod thing, and I'm even newer, so help him out (as I see you have been). Jasen's a good guy.

 

Joe's record setting run at the Texas mile was with the EVOMS ICs...

 

Thanks to all of you for the info, and a special thanks to Mtheory for the comment. To be honest i think im gonna stick with Evoms work, they have truly been great and there proof is in the car. Performance is outstanding, pretty soon i will be doing the gt780 upgrade, thanks all: cool:

 

What is so special about the secan's? I know the guy was saying they were so good Porsche put them on the 993 GT2 EVO. News flash: I just got back from looking at a 993GT2EVO and guess what....the secan's were off in favor of a single one up top. Go figure.
