Aftermarket warranties and 03 996 x50 turbo

Anyone out there know about the warranty company Fidelity? I am currently looking at a used 2003 996 turbo x50 manual with 12,000 miles on it. And it comes with a warranty from Fidelity but I do not know if this is even a reputable company that has good consumer reviews. I have tried to locate info on them and consumer reviews and all. I want this car but am also considering a Brand new Audi S5 so I would have the peace of mind with that car vs. if I bought the porsche and something went wrong and there were warranty complications which, from what I hear, are quite common with run of the mill warranty companies and I do not know if Fidelity is. And I also worry about the resale value on either car I would buy (used x50 turbo or a new S5 fully loaded) in terms of how much more each car will depreciate in 2-3 years at most and I would be butting at least 36,000 miles on each car if 3 years and 24,000 if sell in 2 years. S5-61,000 with tax x50- 68,000 with tax. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also, could I even get an I pod hook up for a 2003 porsche turbo that would work with my factory radio like I can with the audi? and Sirius Sat? Would installation of these void electronic warranty on the aftermarket companie's warranty?

Fidelity is the company that underwrites extended insurance contracts sold by my local Porsche dealer. I know people who reported that their repairs were handled seamlessly, the dealer's interaction with Fidelity went on the background and didn't require any of their attention. Granted these weren't very large <$2K.

If you intend to keep the car for 3 years and use it as a DD, I think leasing from audi might be the better financial decision. Audi's lease rates are usually very competative and there won't be any worry about depriciation. The 911TT do depreciate because of the milage, so you'll lickelly lose a lot of resale by driving at 12K/year versus say 5K/year.
