Louder exhaust
#17
Lol, Sorry Guys, I was there from 9:15 to a little after 10 when I got tired of the heat and had to go to brunch, so I missed everyone. I was eye-balling that yellow Turbo cab. with the BBi exhaust, I think? Well whatever exhaust that is, looks real nice since I stuck my head under the car to take a peek.
Lots of stupid drifters in the canyons today, some idiots crashed on Stunt Rd, which gave tons of extra CHP attention.
Anyways, I hope you guys come out again next Sunday which is the true, big Euro Sunday since it will be the last Sunday of this month, but the main reason I think it will be huge is because next weekend is supposed to have very mild weather. That probably won't happen much on the last Sunday of the month until fall.

That car you were eye-balling is Turbo Mike's. He also has a BBi exhaust. A much milder version.
We'll be out there again next Sunday. Hope to see you then.

What time you guys heading out next weekend? My car is in dirty ***, trashed, track mode but I might stop by before heading up the canyons for some real driving... Likely getting a GT2 front on soon so haven't cleaned it up in awhile...
Thomas-you want to check out my stereo, no? Dennis called me awhile back and then I never heard from him to schedule a listen... I want to also check out your 997 SSK... I'm getting annoyed with my B&M-too notchy so time to make a move.

Dennis wanted me to check out your system. I'm thinking about re-doing my setup.

Cool, I'll try to make it out in around that time. I'm going replica... It's going to get trashed on the streets and track with my low car so I can't justify the cost of the OEM.
Bring some CD's, DVD's and you can take a listen to the system. He does great work. I'm totally happy with it!

I picked one up from another member and I believe it is a Misha. It has the grills already on and uses all the factory mounting points and hardware. It was designed for the turbo and thus I don't need to modify or purchase the GT2 inlets, etc...
I still need to get it painted and to buy a lip (trying to decide which to get). I may run without a lip for cruising around town and run a bigger lip at the track most likely...
I saw your thread/comments about the NR auto and like that one b/c it is polyurethane. Let me know how it works out for you...
