I believe they are back to work on the car at the moment. They had to finish up an EVT700 997TT, the 47th or so they have done to date. Here are my headers being fabricated in house. EVO sells 41.5mm and 44.5mm primary tubing headers on their website. Todd and John felt that bigger headers would be needed with the increased flow from the custom exhaust cam, larger valves and ported heads. These are their 47.5 mm primary headers with a flat panel collector..... EVO logo on the header flange, man you have to love their marketing!!!

Here are the headers with the finished welds..... Those are big honkin' headers! Todd said they are using the double flange because it is closer to OEM and allows for better expansion from the heat and will prevent cracks in his opinion....
