I have seem some companies use merge collectors from a single piece as well as 3 pipes cut and welded together... both have similar merits...

One item that I have not heard discussed is the tubing thickness. There is an advantage to thicker tubing because the thickness (along with ceramic coatings and/or wraps) helps contain the heat in the tubes and then out the turbo impeller which makes for more power.
We will have information shortly regarding the headers that Mark from S Car Go Racing is designing and building for our 4.6 liter build. Once we receive the rods I intend to move the KA thread from the Tuning/Modification section to the 996/GT2 section as everything will go to a very fast forward mode with lots of updates.

Will this thread ever end? yes, once John finishes my 4.5 liter stroker with a 500 shot of juice, meth injection system, computer controlled plasma laser welded heads, running 3 bar, strips my interior and fabricates a custom carbon fiber milk crate to sit on while I am driving.... yeah, this thread will end. Then I am going to woop your sorry ***. Did I mention I have big headers?

Mark those puppies look nice! Do them come with custom skid plates? They look REAL low with that center tube coming over the top, which is the bottom most tube. They should have plenty of clearance with 24" dubs in the back...j/k bro.. They do look well put together

Rob, no clue. EVOMS gave me a price for turbos, tuning,labor, headers etc to finish the car. Price was fair so I wasnt to concerned with individual pricing. I am sure they can give you an idea about pricing since I do not believe these are on there website....
