Larry,

My car made over 600 AW torque at 1.27 bar, which is about 725 flywheel torque - with K24/18G's and supporting mods. If we upped the boost to 1.35 - 1.4 bar, the torque would have gone through the roof (for stock internals)...

I came from low clearance K16/24's, which are very similar to 16/16G's and the 18G's are clearly more violent at WOT. Very similar otherwise.

thanks john, Im speaking with evoms and renntech to see what they think and what they have to offer..but evoms didnt think I would need one with approx. 600 hp range set up and I recal another member saying Todd (protomotive) has not had any problems with stock box and TQ convertor...

That's flat out wrong information. 725 TQ on a tiptronic is not safe. How many are running this on stock transmission??
