Clicking noise upfront...

Could be your lowering springs... These are my H&R (40K miles, and 3 years) after the install... Shocking... Porsche dealer says this is where the clicking noise is coming from. I hope this helps people tracing similar noise. I believe people were complaining about the lifespan of these springs. Affected parties, please chime in... HUH!

I was considering this option as I can't find any used PSS9's, but my Indy told me that these springs will sack out after a year or two and the rear end will squat, front end not as bad. He said if I buy used ones, they will come "pre-squatted" and it will happen almost immediately. This kinda cements that...Thanks for the post and good luck with your fix.

My car still maintains the straight poise. At least they've sagged evenly front/rear - I should be grateful. But fronts now click as the springs bump against each other. .

From the posts I've read, many people are not satisfied with lowering springs as a solution. Coilovers are the way to go.

i've had springs and had the exact same issue... went to JIC awhile back and haven't had any of the same sagging or clicking noises since.

What I don't get is that H&R says - no sagging ever in their promo! Yeah right...
