.9 BAR between shifts

Last night out on the highway I'm testing out new alignment and tires at high speed, and notice between shifts my boost is jumping to .9 BAR. It stays at .7 all the way up the RPM range and hits .9 between gears. Does anybody else experience this? Bad driving on my part? What's causing this? My car isn't flashed to my knowledge, and if it is why am I not attaining .9 during acceleration?

When you shift sometimes the boost gauge will spike when you let off between shifts. Mine use to jump to the same when I was stock. It's just the gauge acting funny.
