So I was at a stoplight today, fortunately in my Dailydriver Dodge Cummins Diesel 3500... It was wet and there were two other cars behind me at the light... Then I heard it... Screeching tires... And then the impact... and another...

A driver in a SEMI apparently couldn't stop... he of course had TWO flats, TWO bald tires and faulty brakes... ******* had the nerve to tell the trooper that the light was YELLOW... It was, when I approached and came to a stop, and the HEAD of the line, three vehicles ahead of him...

They backboarded me out and into an ambulance and I was carted off to the hospital for some x-rays... Everything checked out OK, but man am I sore... Neck, back, lower back...

Man my truck is toast... Rear frame is bent and the bed is into the cab...
Just paid it off too... Pisses me off...

Sorry I didn't mention it in the original thread... The other two drivers did well too... We all suffered minor injuries and all walked out of the hospital on our own... Ford Taurus and Some kinda mini-van were also totalled...

Holy crap! Hope you and the others are well.

Just a heads up, you are going to be very sore tomorrow. If you feel any numbing or tingling etc...get your butt to the doc. Most people don't feel anything for a couple days after accidents like this, ask me how I know.

My first reaction after reading the whole story is that you were "lucky". Even though it's a bad occurance, it could have been so much worse for you! Hope you feel better soon!
