With K24/26's you should be well over 600awhp...that being said your graph is not looking good...run MS109 high boost...FPR, injectors, ecu tune,....your torque is pulling hard however something wrong with HP, looks to me not enough fuel and pulling timing...you need to get this fixed before it explodes...those dips on the graph, not a good sign

for the current setup that i have on my car, isn't a 5 Bar FPR (allready installed) enough to supply the engine with the required amount of fuel to run safely?
i have been running the car with the current setup for almost six months now in really hot hot weather and no problems so far, except for the Dyno readings that suggest that there is something wrong.

if he has stock injectors he's lucky to hit 550 whp.

If i go for bigger injectors i will have to get an ECU retune, my current ECU program is suppose to be 650 crank HP, i'm not interested in getting more. I guess that translates to around 485WHP.

you are correct, you would need a retune for that. At 650 bhp, if you assume worst case drivetrain loss of 20% you would have 520 whp. So you are a bit shy, but dynos are never on and I would do actuall 1/4 or 60-130 to see where you stack up with other 650 bhp rated cars.

All these depend on what you have in the car......D is right about the set up...you will need larger injectors, secondary fuel pump, larger IC's to develop bigger power..

i want to reach 550WHP with my current setup:

-speedart ECU tune.
-K24/K26 Turbo's.
-GT2 Intercoolers.
-Diverter valves.
-5 Bar FPR.
-BMC air filter.
-100CELL exhaust system with sport Headers.
-FVD's air intake plenum.
-stronger clutch with LWFW.

And within two weeks i will be installing the following parts:

-Denso Iridium spark plugs (IK22).
-RSS 70mm Plenum.
-AP silicon Boost Hoses with F-Hose.
-Newer Improved FVD Diverter Valves. (used to have the older model from FVD will see if this new one makes a difference)

I will try also using 98 octane plus a bottle of octane Booster instead of 95 octane, and see if that would make a difference.

You really need to use MS109 and high boost.....Check AFR..going to 98 Octane will not show a significant improvement

I bet that octane rating of 98 is not the same as our rating system. I believe they use a different rating system. So it is actually a lot lower than 98

that AFR measurment was only taken from one side of the exhaust (passenger side) not both sides, shouldn't two sensors be placed on both exhaust tips to get a correct reading?
