Get a set of 90 degree long nosed pliers to reach around the back of the rearmost DV and depress the ford clamp. Take out the whole F hose wiht the DVs in it and replace them. Use a decent replacement like some Baileys, Forge, EVOm etc. There are DIYs with pictures and descriptions on Rennlist and RennTech...do a search. Not a difficult DIY to do.
