Just finished a 2k road trip. The thing that worried me the most was bugs and rock chips. I didn't want to shell out the quoted $1,100.00 for a clear bra so I purchased un cut material off of eabay. For $50.00 it was worth a try. I installed it myself and it shows. But for a very low cost I got home after 2000 miles without one rock chip or any damage to the car. I would never go on a trip without one again.

Here is my short ownership summary:

Averaged 25mpg according to the trip computer for the total 2300 mile trip, including sitting in L.A. traffic for 2.5hrs, and multiple stops at gas stations, etc.

On the highway @70mph, it is right around 27-28mpg, city spirrited driving w/stoplights 16-17mpg.

I was very surprised and happy at same time
