Strange engine noise

It is remaining consistent...same sound,every time the car starts up very cold...I will leave it today in a friends service station so to to look it under tomorrow when cold...Lets hope it is header...

Finally today i managed to find the problem od my car...The left header had an 180degree crack...resulting in loss of exhaust gases and that noise described above...I removed the header and weld it hoping that it would last and not crack again...we will see...Thank you all guys for your help...

That is the downside to stainless headers, especially thinwall stainless headers...prone to cracking. The upside is it won't crack where you just welded it again!!!

Hard to say. It's been my experience that when something like that cracks, especially where it did, it will likely crack again. I think that is why a lot of guys just port their stock headers. Almost as good a flow, a little heavier but almost NEVER crack. At least now you know and it's easy to check and almost as easy to fix. Glad it was nothing serious!!!

You need a new set of headers....yes it will crack again due to temp changes
