Recommendations of High-Flo Cats or Test Pipes will CEL disable?

trust me that is the route I went me and it cost me as much as a quality exhaust. The link I posted was 1500, you really cannot beat that anywhere. and John D's setup I am not familiar with but I think it's 2k or something and for that 100 cel cats is a great deal. I went the custom route and by the time I was done I had an ok exhaust that ended up costing me near $4k

We have two straight pipe options:
1) Cat bypass pipes (test pipes) with muffler bypass pipes
2) 100 cell cats with muffler bypass pipes
Pricing for 6speed members is as follows:
Cat bypass pipes (test pipes) with muffler bypass pipes - $995.00
100 cell cats w/ muffler bypass pipes - $1,550.00
Both packages include the V-flange clamp, which is required to install...

yeah or are you going to continue blowing air out of a tiny straw
hey if you want to hold off, on this forum is a thread on how to drill out the factory exhaust, thereby bypassing the mufflers. it sounds much better and probably flows enough to give you some of the performance back. good free solution for now.

Amanda, this is a great deal and TX has the same umw flash like you do, well, except yours is for 6000 ft.

3-Only for all 996 Models including Turbo (Does not work for 987,Cayman or 997) . You can install some O2 sensor adapters that modify the 2nd O2 sensor reading and fixes the issue most of the times. We have these available if you encounter the Check Engine Light problem just let us know we can provide you with the bungs for a minimal charge.
Has anybody else tried this an pics ??, I need a solution too and this might be the smartest without an expensive reprogram !!

Without the O2 sensor simulator mine is 7-10 days after a battery disconnection & reset, its very annoying, even with 4 cars to drive, 6 months for a low cost sensor adaptor seems fine to me

I have a set of FABSPEED "Test" Cat Bypass and Muffler Bypass Pipes if you want them. Lightly used and a lot cheaper than new. They are in the For Sale section.

I run the UMW K24 flash, and paired with Stef's EP GEN2 exhaust, it's the sweetest sound in the world, both WOT and off throttle gurgle. The EP exhaust with Kevin's WGA kit reduced lag by about 70%. Very happy with the extra ~100 HP.
