But they can't be good enough for a Porsche at $2.50 a piece.

I PMed Mike at AWE and he said they no longer carry CPP parts, they have switched to ERG, I believe he told me. Looks like it's back to the RSS special and buy after market booties for the heim joints.

Went to Watkins Glen again last weekend for 3 days, but shorter hours (2 1/2 per day) and a lot of rain. At end of weekend both my new Sport Cups and the Hoosiers that I used on the one dry day were in good condition - wear was very even - will get MUCH more use out of the tires - a case of you have to spend money on the alignment to save money on tires.
Turn in and cornering were also improved with more tread on the track in turns. The toe links seemed to stabilize the rear in corners with the R comp tires - but not as easy to prove as the return on the front control arms and the greater negative camber they allow. My camber was set by Farnbacher for 70% track , 30% street as I drive the car to the track and often around town. Very pleased with the improvement and the cost will quickly be recovered in tire cost savings! Also very pleased with Farnbacher Loles and recommend them to those in the area.
Hope this is helpful.
