Nice write up Wanhand and cool flashlight!

 

Could be a bad clutch encoder(tip switch) on the clutch pedal if your ignition signal seems like it just is missing when you attempt to start the car. If that dosent fix it try disconnecting the alarm control unit under the drivers seat and then reconnect it..
