the 3071 will be 'reformulated' soon though the 3076's have already been...which is what you want
BTW, what is the lb/min for the wheel in my turbos? Thx

I am still waiting to see some performance measurements such as traps and 60-130 pulls from A28's. Anyone tried these yet?

How long have you been selling the "finalized" version?

Art, The only A28 performance info i have is Vince did some qtr mile and 60-130 on his tiptronic car. His Trap was 130mph and best 60-130 so far is high 7 sec range.

His car made 535 awhp mustang dyno at 1.4 bar with meth injection. Now a 6 speed car is making significantly more power and tq.

With non ball bearing GT28's, old version we made almost 700wtq @1.4 bar on C16, best 60-130 of 6.14s. You guys need to push those turbos up higher with those light SS housings and new technology. 130mph trap and 7s 60-130 does not make sense to me. True I dropped the weight of the car to 3150 lbs but you guys can do a lot better I think. Any of you guys running C16???

Art, if you had a 250lb passenger in your car, could you have accomplished your times? That's the weight difference between your car and most of ours. My 18G/meth car traps 130 and ran 6.2 once, 6.3 a couple of times.

Your car is a stand out. I was asking for the A28 style to see a comparison. Realize this, I actually liked when the car was heavier b/c better traction. Having a heavier guy in the car would actually work for the benefit. I intend to have a passanger when I run the TT Gallardo next

250 lbs is a HUGE penalty....Actually Art, in the spirit of keeping you slow, if 250 lbs is good, then 500 is better!!!

My 6.2 pass was made with a 180lb passenger, full weight, with 3/4 of gas. I got this weight reduction sh*t down like a pro! But I could care less about 60-130 I think my track times speak for themselves. 109 in the 1/8th mile and 137mph in the 1/4 (was about 100RPM off the revlimiter) talks the talk.

I maybe retiring my oldschool 3076/K24s for a new set of turbos With the new ones, RWD, and Bogarts with 295/45/17" tires I should improve my 1/4 mile time by a LOT! 60-130 should be better on 19s due to the better tire (~25.8") for gearing, but we'll see how the 27" tire does in 60-130.

I will be very surprised if someone can trap higher than 132 with the new A28 turbos. I have done endless number of runs with Vince’s tiptronic car equipped with this setup, its dead even high end, mid range as low as 40 mph start…you name it. Yes he will destroy me if I started from dead stop…I cannot shift from 1 to 2nd gear as fast as a Tiptronic.
Yes with a 6 speed car you will have lesser driveline loss will be faster. Can’t wait to see some real 6 speed numbers.
