If TiAL or EPL wants to donate a set for testing purposes I will test out the A28s this winter in the cold weather. The runs would be done at 1.5-1.6+bar. They wouldn't stay on for long because I wouldn't give up the sweet 3076 goodness.

 

what is the hotside on the gt28s fron tial... I ask because that to is more important then the cold side...

 

I think it's part of their trade secret. It's what makes their products theirs. I'm sure someone could probably get a set and figure it out, but whats the point. Copying someone else's product is probably the ****tiest thing to do in this industry.

What we really want to know is what turbos is Bobby working with right now that let him do 146mph on a stock bottom end at 1.5bar. I maybe swapping to a A3076, but if these is some miracle turbo out there I would be all ears for it. Or is it a mixture of a good turbo, less weight and a few other tricks that let him go that fast.

When i raced him the first time with bad ECU 1.4 bar ...the results are same - Dead even

I raced him at 1.2 bar (new ECU) results are the same ...this is when he was at the track - Dead Even

I raced him yesterday with 1.3 bar (wastegates adjusted)...the results are the same. - Dead Even

My Point is his car hasnt gotten faster with higher boost.Maybe his car is pulling timing?? is it expected to be significantly faster than 130 trap?

What was the AFR on dyno?

 

Looks pretty nice. That exhaust side looks pretty big compared to your standard GT3076 with a .63 A/R. Sean's (Dr. Jitsu) looked really small when I saw them when he was getting them installed. I'm waiting to hear some numbers, if they are anything like Bobby's they should be really impressive. I know Justin N. was messing around with a different set of turbos also and his setup looks really promising also, but he is using a standalone that he setup himself and tuned himself.

Also really like those intercoolers, gotta be way better than my Blown****ties!

 

those are bobbys turbos , and they dwarf seans 3076's, shes up and running just working on breaking turbos in and some other little tweaks , ill keep evryone posted .

yeah those ic's are about two blown6s put togther , but you know for the money you realy cant beat blown 6's they work awesome i realy liked mine.
