Ahh you live in Sean Dr_Jitsu's part of the woods. I'm from the Pearland/Friendswood area. There is a car in my parents neighborhood that's got Champions on it and is lowered. Thought it would be funny if it was the person around the corner from them.

Yeah - I know Sean. Both of us live in same neighborhood.

I own a house in Pearland (SilverLake), which is rented out. My car is a black 01 996tt lowered quite a bit. I have been wanting to come out to some of the events (60-130) but the car is stock less wheels & suspension & did not want to get on the brakes so hard on the big end

I may ride the bike out to Sealy tomorrow & watch the fun (60-130).
BTW, is the race still on between Sean's GT2 & Peter's GTR? I lost track of the thread

We should be there in my brothers Vette since my car is still at Boost Logic getting some upgrades.

Wow - more upgrades. I noticed you sig & WHP in the mid to high 600's. Sean better watch his back if you are coming up from that level

Does your brother have a Z06? C5 or C6? Type of mods? WHP?

Lil Powell (His forum name) has a C5 Hardtop (Z06 body style that was made in 99-2000) with a MTI LS2 427 and a NX Direct Port (300shot). He has all the supporting mods to go with it. We HOPE to break into the 9s FINALLY this weekend, but it maybe next time before we can if he doesn't hook. We couldn't get a set of 28s before the weekend. His quickest pass has been a 10.1 @ 144 (blowing the clutch up in the top of 2nd) and the fastest pass has been a 10.7 @ 147 skating down the track. That 147mph pass was the progressive set to go 150-300 in 5seconds.

Here is that 10.1 pass, you can hear it just ride the RPMs through 3rd and 4th... Pardon my language at the end.

Kato, if you have k24s already then the 24/18 is an easier decision I would say. I would have done that if I had k24s, but I had little ole k16s so it was only a little bit more $ really.

Have not but plan to. Have been trying to sort out why my car is hitting 1.2 bar on a 1.4 bar file basically.... everything is running right and normal, and cannot find any boost leaks or other hardware issues from what we have checked. gonna datalog next and see how that looks. i do want to dyno and/or 1/4 mile though. but might wait til after meth injection is installed

Thanks Flash. Good luck with chasing the issue. The H20/Meth looks promising & I plan on upgrading also. BTW, what clutch do you have in the car?

Any number on new Tial A28 yet? I'm ready to pull the trigger on a new upgrade. It is very confusing with this Tial Alpha? From earlier of this thread, does it mean current alpha A28 outflow current alpha A3071? May be Tialsport could explain.
