up the boost .1 bar at time until you begin to see your timing pull back a few degrees then you'll know youve reached your limit and what the max boost is. Set your boost to where it doesnt pull timing anymore and thats your max. You need to datalog with durametric and know what your timing advance should be in your tune. Also monitor your fuel as you increase the boost.

eventually your going to hit a point where either your head gasket nolonger holds or the studs cannot take the boost or your rods give out.
methonal being your in a hot climate would help you to not have to buy race gas, but its not going to open up more boost so to speak you will still be limited by your fuel system and your motor if not built better then stock.
meth injection will cool your iat's and give you some ponies if you often run pump gas in the car.
