110 Octane

I have been slowly searching my immediate area for some high octane fuel sources and the only one I found so far is US Gas in Phillipsburg, NJ. They sell 110 Octane Cam 2. The problem is, its leaded! Does anyone know of any unleaded high octane sources in the central Jersey region?

Try VP Racing fuels...they have 103 octane. I'm not sure where they have it in Jersey, but VP is usually sold at high performance race shops.

btw, that's 103 unleaded.

If not, try 76 Stations...my local one carries 100...but at 6.009 a gallon!

The 76 station I use in San Jose charges $4.30 per gallon for 100 octane unleaded.

in LA,
we have about 6 Unocals with 100. $5/gal -- feels like France when you fill up.

What about NJ?
I tried to find information on the internet but it isn't easy. I found two numbers associated with CAM2:
1.800.340.CAM2
1.800.RACEGAS
Since it is Saturday, there weren't answers to my calls.

Ken,

Try www.76.com and do a search with your zipcode. They should be able to tell you the nearest 76 station with Race gas.

Ken,

I know Englishtown Raceway ( www.etownraceway.com ) sells a variety of high octane fuels, but I don't remember what's available in unleaded.

Ken,

I believe Sunoco in Fort lee, NJ has CAM2 100 octane (unleaded). Last I checked, it was 4.00/gal...however that was last winter when I was feeding my Dinan SC'ed M3 with it.

I know it's not Central NJ...but it's probably only 30 minutes from you.

Yeah, Joe, what station is that? I'm paying $4.89 in Northeast Phoenix. It was less before our gas crisis, but, still, I don't think it's ever been below $4.00.

Mobile just East of I-10 on Chandler Blvd. It is on the North side of Chandler Blvd, just West of 56th Street. There is only one pump with Racing fuel, it is the South-West most pump at the station. I was there last week and the price was (in my opinion) very reasonable considering the $5.00 per gallon being charged by others for LEADED 100 Octane (like the gas station in Scottsdale off of the 101)
