It will be fully street legal and equipped with the necessary safety gear....trick is to make it a very livable cockpit and ease of entry and exit is key. But a true 200 mph street beaast.

I know of two, both 01's and the price is good. One is going for $76K and the other $79K , not sure about the colors. These are at a dealer btw. a Lincoln dealer haha, they are located here in S Fla, in West palm Beach at Palm Bch Lincoln Mercury here is the # (561) 683-8500 it's part of their pre owned stuff.
The dept that has them is called "Palm Beach Exotic Collection" I can run over and check them out if you want, just PM me and I will be glad to help ya.
