I've just ordered a new set of Alpha286..s turbos from Tial . According to Tial they spool up faster then alpha286...s with stronger or equal top end to alpha3071s. They are the latest alpha286..s from Tial. Just wondering does anyone have these turbos in their car n what do they think of them.

Im not sure you can make the general statement that 18g's "18g pulls harder then the a28s up top" .
I would guess your making that statement based off the graph I posted. In my first post, I do state that the 18g's have more supporting mods, namely inlet pipes. These will absolutely make a large difference in power above 5000 rpms.

18G wheel: 40lb/min
